All- Day Energizer 








Bananas, strawberries, frozen blueberries, frozen raspberries and orange juice

Detox Water: lemon, cucumber (or watermelon) and mint leaves 

 

Breakfast smoothie

Pistachios, yogurt, rosewater, raspberries, bananas, avocado, honey and flax seeds and the juice of half a lime


 
Amazing smoothie: 1 mango, 2 bananas, 200 ml fat free natural yogurt, 1 teaspoon of lemon juice, 1 teaspoon of honey, 12 ice cubes. Blend. Enjoy!  




 


Smoothie time: 1 cup of strawberries, 1 banana, 1/2 cup of low- fat yogurt or milk, 5 ice cubes and 1/2 of a sliced orange 

        Post workout smoothie: 2 whole cut up bananas, 9- 12 blueberries and 4 tablespoons of Greek yogurt. 

       Kale + Pineapple + Yogurt: Place 1/2 a cup of frozen kale , 1/2 a cup of frozen pineapple, 1/2 a cup of plain kefir or plain yogurt, and 1/4 of a cup of water into a blender.
